Contacting FloIQ Tech Solutions

The contact and support pages let you edit an inquiry draft on the page. Draft text stays in the current page’s memory; it is not sent to our servers or saved in browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page clears the draft. The copy button places your edited draft and the public contact address on your clipboard. You send the message in your own email service. Clipboard copies and any email you compose remain under your control.

Business email

When you send a message to zdf@floiq.org, FloIQ Tech Solutions receives your email and uses it to understand your request, reply, and coordinate any service you choose to arrange. Business email is handled through Northwest Business Identity. Your email provider also processes messages you send. Only include information needed for your inquiry; do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents.

FloIQ Tech Solutions keeps correspondence only while needed to respond to your inquiry, provide agreed services, or maintain required business records. Correspondence is reviewed periodically, and information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted. You can ask about or request deletion of your correspondence using the contact details below.

Website visits and hosting

The WordPress host and its security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs, timestamps, and errors. The FloIQ Tech Solutions theme does not add advertising trackers, marketing analytics, account cookies, or inquiry storage. WordPress, the hosting provider, and installed plugins may have their own processing and security controls.

Hosting and plugin privacy details must reflect the services enabled on the installed website. Links to other services are governed by their own privacy practices.

Workspace preview

The Workspace preview uses fictional example information to demonstrate the interface. It does not create an account, verify a phone number, grant app access, or record a purchase. Account registration, automated tickets, signing, private downloads and payment processing are unavailable. The preview does not collect real passwords or customer documents.

Your correspondence and privacy requests

Email correspondence is held in the business mailbox, separately from this website. To ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction, or ask for deletion, email zdf@floiq.org with the subject “Privacy request.” Identify the relevant correspondence without sending passwords or identity documents. FloIQ Tech Solutions may need to confirm that the request relates to you before sharing or changing information.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated before live accounts, signing, automated support storage or other services introduce additional processing. Contact zdf@floiq.org with questions about this notice or how your inquiry is handled.
